EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my items?
At Glocoo, we offer exchanges for products purchased through our website or physical stores (excluding factory outlets) under the following conditions:

  1. The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  2. The delivered item does not match the original specifications or the product you ordered.

To request an exchange:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@glocoo.com or calling 03001577224.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defective item to process your claim.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 10–12 days of purchase.
  • The product must not show signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery.
  • The original packaging, labels, and any included freebies must be intact.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Undergarments without original packaging.
  • Opened product packs (containing multiple items).
  • Body shapers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Fragrances can only be exchanged if delivered damaged.

Can I exchange my items at any Glocoo store?
Yes, exchanges are possible at Glocoo stores as long as the item matches the store's product category, except for factory outlets.


RETURNS

Do you want to return an online order?
To initiate a return:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
